Shipping & delivery

Single pieces are sold through our Etsy shop. Etsy handles checkout, shipping charges and tracking, and its own policies apply to the order.

Branded and wholesale runs are quoted individually. Carrier, transit time and landed cost are confirmed in writing in your quote before you commit a deposit — see the quote form.

The figures below describe transit on our 2025 retail orders. They are historical reference points, not estimates for every current product, dispatch location or delivery service:

• United States — about 8 days in transit, on the express service used in late 2025.
• UK, Canada, Australia and Europe — about 12 days median, with outliers at 16.
• Engraving and personalisation add about 5 days before the parcel is handed over at all.

Those are historical observations, not guarantees. Check the current Etsy estimate for the selected product and destination before ordering. Holiday delivery may take longer. The personalised gifts page does not publish a universal order cutoff; use the current Etsy estimate for the chosen piece and destination.

A branded run includes artwork approval, any sampling, production and delivery. Each stage depends on the chosen product and order:

• Production time is confirmed for the piece, decoration, quantity and partner after the specification is agreed.
• Transit time and carrier are quoted separately. For a fixed event date, use the complete schedule confirmed in your quote.
• A rush option may be possible for selected specifications, but is not available for every product or destination.

Tell us your in-hand date in the quote and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit a deposit.

The seller of record is TRIPBENTO PTE. LTD., registered in Singapore and trading as RiKU Ceramics. Production and dispatch are arranged through our ceramic partners and shipping arrangements for the order; they need not take place in the same city.

Manufacturing origin is recorded for the actual goods. Ask us to confirm origin and dispatch details if they are part of your purchasing requirements.

Etsy orders: check the listing and checkout for the charges shown by Etsy, and review any import terms that apply to your destination before purchasing.

Quoted orders: DDP or DAP may be available depending on destination and carrier. The quote states who handles duties, clearance and related costs for your order.

Packaging is selected for the piece and route. If an order arrives damaged, photograph the pieces and packaging promptly so we can review the appropriate remedy — see returns & breakage.

We ship to the address given at checkout or on the quote. Tell us immediately if it is wrong; once a parcel has been dispatched it cannot be redirected. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less the outbound postage actually paid.
